Rick Wilson was born in Edinburgh, Indiana where he has lived nearly his entire life. He has over 30 years experience in painting landscapes, still-lifes and portraits. Over the years, Rick has taken many influences and molded them into a style that is unique and instantly recognizable. Rick is currently a board member of Indiana Plein Air Painters Asscoiation, and is a member of the Hoosier Salon and Indiana Heritage Arts. His works are featured in several galleries across Indiana and Kentucky as well as private and corporate collections and he has been presented with numerous awards. Rick's forte is his ability to find and capture those scenes that have wonderful nostalgic qualities which take us back to times when life was simpler.
