Rebecca Justice Schaab has been a visual artist for over 35 years. Rebecca is an oil painter in the impressionistic genre and color is her passion. ''Of course I am passionate about other elements as well, such as edges, shapes and line. Unifying a painting with these things in mind makes for a lasting impression. My ultimate goal is to produce a painting that rivals the one before it. Like everything else in life, it's a slow process. Keeping the viewer in mind as I paint holds me to a certain standard. The experience is fulfilling, demanding and exhausting. I offer a temporary respite, a sense of well-being or peace, and now & then a bit of humor to those who view my paintings.''
